Right of withdrawal upon delivery of products
- When purchasing our products, you have the right to dissolve the agreement, without stating reasons, during a period of 14 days. This period starts on the day after receipt of the product by you or receipt of the product on your behalf.
- During this period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You should only unpack, use and/or fit the product to the extent that you can assess whether you wish to keep the product. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to Distillation Supplies, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by us.
We also recommend checking whether the product it has been delivered undamaged and complete immediately after receipt. If not, please contact us as soon as possible to report this.
What to do if you want to exchange or return something with us?
- Please contact our customer service within 14 days about the product you want to exchange or return.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your return request. This email includes the return procedure for how the product should be shipped.
- As soon as we have received the product from you and examined it, you will receive a confirmation of receipt and information about the follow-up process. We will try to find a suitable solution with you. If you want to exchange a product, we can send a new product as soon as the returned product has arrived. If you wish to return the product because it is defective within the trial period, we will send you a new product as soon as possible. You must, however, always return the original order. - The refund or settlement of the purchase amount for a returned and/or exchanged product will be processed within 14 days.
Products that are not eligible for exchange and/or return are:
- Damaged items.
- Items that are not complete.

Exchange and return costs
The costs for exchanging and returning products are borne by the customer.
Cancellation of your order
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as your order has not yet been shipped. There are no cancellation costs. You can cancel your order by sending an email to email@example.com stating that you want to cancel your order and stating the order number. Any payment will be refunded within 7 days.
